Nelson & Selwitz Community Association Management, Inc. was established in 1988, managing one association with two employees envisioning a goal of providing condominium and homeowners' associations in Volusia and Flagler County with the highest level of professional management services.

The attainment of this goal has been realized by the present management of over seventy-five associations, in excess of eight thousand homeowners being served by thirteen employees, including six licensed community association managers (CAM's), as well as an in house accounting staff. Over the years Nelson & Selwitz has learned that each association has different needs, and continually strives to tailor their services to meet those needs.
