Nelson & Selwitz Association Management, Inc., was formed in 1988 with the vision of establishing the premiere community association management company in the Halifax Area.  We began business with one association in Pelican Bay in Daytona Beach and due to the response we have received from community associations in East Central Florida, we believe that our goal is well within reach. 

With our current staff of 15 employees, including 6 licensed Community Association Managers, managing of over 80 condominium and homeowners association, having in excess of 8000 homeowners, and with service to associations throughout Volusia and Flagler Counties, we firmly believe that we have made our vision a reality.
