OUR SERVICES
Although the services which we provide to our associations are as varied as the makeup and nature of the associations themselves, they include administrative, financial and maintenance services.
 

 
 

This involves working with members of the Board of Directors to conduct productive and effective meetings, whether of the Board, the Association or, where requested, committees such as the architectural review committee.

Whether it is assistance in the preparation of a meeting agenda, preparing and distributing ballots, notices, proxies, or other meeting materials, taking and maintaining minutes, we are ready to render such assistance as is needed. In addition, we act as a liaison between the Board and the homeowners providing homeowners with information about activities, forms, copies of records, meetings, and relaying to the board comments, suggestions and questions.

 
   
 
 

We begin each association fiscal year with the preparation of an annual budget and end each year with the submission of an annual financial statement. During the year we handle all billing and collection of assessments, manage the collection of delinquent accounts, review vendor invoices and prepare vendor checks for review and signature of the association officers, prepare monthly or quarterly financial statements, balance bank statements and maintain the journals and general ledger.

 
   
 

We manage associations with many different maintenance needs. Whether your association is only responsible for common ground around an entrance way or has a clubhouse swimming pool and tennis courts, or is responsible for maintaining the roofs and painting of individual units, we handle solicitation of bids from vendors, negotiate with vendors, and periodically inspect the work being done, and at all times using only qualified and insured professionals.
